With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Raj Kumar Golchha is currently the Director of RK Golchha Group. He has played an important role in the jute industries of Nepal and has been appointment as the President of Jute Mills Association, Nepal. Having employed the highest number of people in the country, he is also the recipient of the prestigious CIP (Commercially Important Person) award from the Government of Nepal. He has actively participated in industrial welfare of Nepal, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Udhyog Sangathan. Besides, he has also made significant contributions to philanthropic, religious and social sectors.

Ekta Golchha is an alumnus of Oxford and Warwick University, UK. She recently started Delta Tech, a web development company, due to her passion in IT. Prior to working in Delta Tech, she worked as a Data Scientist in India for 2 years. She has also been actively involved in mentoring students who wish to study abroad and has helped over 50 students.
